The Central Fire Department will visit on October 15th to teach the children about fire safety at home and at school.

We are trying to restock our dramatic play centers with dress-up clothes.  The children love to dress-up and pretend they are going to work, shopping, or just playing mommy and daddy.  If you have any old coats, hats or purses, we would greatly appreciate them.  

Central schools will be closed on October 20th-22nd for Fall Break.  If your child requires Holiday care during this time, please message Mrs. Shari on Brightwheel.

The class Halloween Parties will be held on Friday, October 31st at 2:15 p.m.  The teachers will post sign-up sheets for party treats the week prior to the party.  Please remember that we will close at 4:00 p.m. so that everyone can be home safe and ready to Trick-or-Treating which begins at 6:00 p.m.

We are hoping for some cooler temperatures in October so this is a good month to add some long sleeved shirts and pants to your child's cubby.  You may also want to leave a light jacket at the center since our temperatures sometimes change throughout the day.
